             OPERATIONS,      USING MAINLY MUSTARD AND      `NITROGEN GAS. "     BINARY WEAPONS
             ARE AVAILABLE;       IRAQ WILL MAKE THE GREATEST USE OF         NERVE  AGENTS.   IRAQ
             HAS TWO VERY LARGE CRUDE         CARRIERS IN THE   HARBOR AT ABU HULAYFAH AND

L            MAY USE MISSILES TO IGNITE         THEM IF   AN ATTEMPTED LANDING IS MADE.

             RPRTEDLY PREPARING TO USE           CHEMICAL   MUNITIONS.    TO INCLUDE MUNITIONS
             FOR AIRCRAFT,       ARTILLERY,   AND SURFACE   TO SURFACE    MISSILES.   PAYLOADS
             ARE TO BE COMPOSED OF MUSTARD AND NITROGEN GAS.                THE IRAQIS POSSESS
             BINARY WEAPONS AND WILL        MAKE  THE GREATEST USE      OF NERVE  AGENTS.   THEY
             POSSESS CHEMICAL      CAPABLE    ARTILLERY   IN THEIR SECOND DEFENSIVE LINE
             NEAR AL MUTLA' A      (NEAR ALl  AS SALEM AFLO)       AUSTRIAN GUNS WITH A RANGE
             OF  BRKM.     CHEMICAL   CAPABLE MISSILES      (NFI) ARE   LOCATED NEAR SAF'wAN AND
             WADI     AL BATIN.
