MUSTARD, SOMAN, SARIN, TABUN, PHOSGENE, CS, LEWISITE, AND
DIPHOSGEME. COMMENT NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHETHER
ANY OF THE CHEMICAL AGENTS ARE COMBINED WITHIN THE IRAQI
INVENTORY. THERE IS A SECTION/DEPARTMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND

CONTINUE RESEARCH.

3. THE VARIOUS WEAPONS WHICH CAN USE CHEMICAL WEAPONS AND
SPECIAL MATERIAL ARE:

1) MEDIUM AND LONG-RANGE ARTILLERY
2) AIRCRAFT
	A) AIRCRAFT BOMBS OF VARIOUS KINDS
	B) AERIAL SPRAYING BY AIRCRAFT

THE HEAVY ARTILLERY BATTALIONS, ON GENERAL COMMAND ORDERS,
THEY ARE TASKED TO USE SPECIAL MATERIAL. MOST OF ARTILLERY
BATTALIONS FOR THE REPUBLICAN GUARD ARE IN THE SAME

THERE IS ALSO THE CHAIN OF COMMAND FOR THE OTHER BATTALIONS
FOR ORDINARY MATERIAL WEAPONS WHICH ARE NOT STORED IN A

THEY HAVE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. THE SPECIAL MATERIAL IS
CENTRALLY STORED.
