6- People
a. Stores
Store branch of the third division will secure military equipment and 
cigarettes to units of the division according to the quantities allocated by 
the corps.
b. Mail and Messengers
The mail company will remain at our main headquarters.

First: Compliance
The discipline company command will perform the following duties:
a. Following up and investigating discipline violations.
b. Controlling movements of passers-by on the advance axis leading to the 
front formations according to the control plan.

Second: Prisoner Taking
A cage for prisoners of war will be opened at the discipline company command, 
and will be under the command of the company commander and the supervision of 
the command security commander.

7- Command and Communication
a. Locations

First: the division's headquarters (main)

Second: the division's headquarters (alternate)

b. Communication
Operating on the communication guidelines delivered from our division's 
headquarters and communication company.

b. Procedure of Evacuating Casualties

First: Evacuation will be carried out from the front lines to the rear 
according to the chain of evacuation.

Second: Treatment and evacuation of the injured at the advanced bandaging 
station will be to Adnan military hospital and the armed forces hospital in 
Kuwait.

Third: Medical evacuation of chemically contaminated injuries
a. Cleaning squad wa.meem.ta \[illegible] will open to treat chemically 
contaminated injuries of the division's units close to the advanced bandaging 
station.
b. Injuries contaminated or suspected of being contaminated will be evacuated 
from the units by ambulances or any other available vehicles, after marking 
the vehicle with a (yellow) flag or an (X) sign and the statement (chemically 
contaminated injuries) written on the vehicle.  They will be sent directly to 
the purifying and treating contaminated injuries squad which is close by the 
advanced bandaging station.

Fourth: Evacuating Martyrs
a. Martyrs will be evacuated as a last priority directly by their units to the 
martyrs handing-over center.
b. There will be no escorts when evacuating martyrs from the center to 
relatives, this should be done by the concerned parties.

First: Rescuing and Returning
Center for control of rescuing will be opened under the command of division 
dha.waw.meem or dha.ta.noun at the paths and within the responsible sector of 
the division.

Second: Repairs of the First Line
a. All repair detachments will conduct repairing for the first line to all 
armored vehicles, vehicles and repair responsibilities falling within ha alef 
ka category using the available and provided technicians, specialized material 
and equipment, under the supervision of formation commanders themselves given 
that all obstacles standing in the way of repairing will be presented to the 
command of division ha alef ka.
b. Repairs will take place at the farthest front where the repairing squads 
and groups of company proprietor for the units and formations will aim for 
accuracy, and will not return damaged items to the rear that could be repaired 
in the front. 
c. We stress to all repair detachment commanders that they repair vehicles 
within their capabilities, and to try to secure material from other resources 
(joint section, local markets, stockpiles of [illegible])
d. Repairing the second and third lines of armored, artillery and weapons of 
our division units will be on mel meem \ 26.

Third: Daily Maintenance
To achieve the best technical maintenance, the following should be performed:
a. Opening points of maintenance for all vehicles at repair detachment.
b. Preparing procedure of maintenance to the unit's vehicles by the repair 
detachment.

Fourth: Priorities of Repairing, Rescuing, and Returning

Second: The medical treatment staff will examine the stored water at the units 
on a regular basis to verify whether the water is good for human consumption, 
and will take all the necessary steps in that regard.

Third: Water will be stored in the flax basins or the large containers at the 
brigade level, and the brigade headquarters company will be responsible for 
securing this storage and selecting appropriate locations in coordination with 
brigade headquarters.

Fourth: All health requirements for storing water will be followed by 
companies and units.

Second: Stacking
a. The division units will mete out from the open points of water at the 
section after notifying you, and as follows:

First: Al Saluibiyah water point ([illegible]

Second: Water point lema \ 6 number \ 5 (8632)

Third: The administration water point number \ 6 at meem ta (7532)
b. The units, in coordination with the medical group of the division, will 
examine and change the water so that the containers will be always filled with 
water.

F. Transporting

First: Duties
Transporting will depend on the capabilities of the division units.
a. daily maintenance
b. transporting units when needed
c. other material according to the status of losses.

G. Military Engineering
First line repairs of inoperative engines and engineering equipment will be 
performed by company ha Al Soufa.

H. Samples
First:  Command of sample [corps] 3 will compensate division units of losses 
with the approval of the supervisor of issuing, includes:
a. Weapons
b. Fortification material

b. at fuel reservoirs carried by vehicles [illegible] kilometer per vehicle.
c. at fuel reservoirs and tank vehicles of the mechanized officer (150) 
kilometer per vehicle of the unit's vehicles.
d. Second line amounts at the reservoirs and vehicles at company ta noun/38.
e. Units will keep sufficient amounts of white petroleum for (10) days.
f. Units will keep first line amounts of oil and grease.
 

Second: Compensations
a. The advanced units will mete out from the open fuel points by [illegible] 
with tank vehicles and according to administrative support plan.
b. Fuel points will be open in case of a counterattack to confront possible 
paths of the enemy and according to [illegible] of the command of Gulf 
operations.

C. Sustenance
Stacking
First: Units will maintain reserve sustenance for the period of (30) days in 
addition to (15) days for daily maintenance purposes.
Second: The units will maintain battle sustenance for the period of 
(illegible) days.
Third: Units will maintain flour for the period of (5) days. 

D. Water
First: Stacking
a. Water will be stored according to the following measurements, not allowed 
to dispose of it except in necessary situations.
b. At the company an amount sufficient for two days.
c. At the unit an amount sufficient for two days.
d. at the formation an amount sufficient for three days.

E. Conditions of Storage
First: The above water will be stored in water containers size (1x1 cubic 
meters) or any proper containers.

2- Mission

Maintaining armored brigade \ 55 units according to paths of conduct fixed in 
the maneuver plan.

3- General
a. The administrative area open at its current place.
b. The administrative services of the units will remain under the command of 
its units at place of opening.
c.

4- Materials and Services
Supplies and Transportation
Commander of supplying and transporting Gulf operations forces command 
according to agreement.
a. Ammunition
First: Stacking
Units will keep the first line amount plus (three lines [illegible]) to all 
kinds of weapons and according to proprietor.
Second: Supplies
a. units will be supplied with ammunition from supply and transportation 
companies in accordance to the administrative supply plan issued by 
[illegible] according to fundamental requests.
b. Priority of ammunition supplies will be given to the main thrust.
c. Issuing ammunition to the units will be according to the current paths and 
in the current circumstances.
d. In case of initiating the counterattack to confront the possible paths of 
the enemy in the sector of responsibility, supplying will be from company 
[illegible] [infantry] [division]\ 11.

B. Fuel
First: Measurements
a. At fuel containers of vehicles (400) kilometer per vehicle.
