We agreed to form an investigative council under your command and the membership of first 
lieutenant (as) Khaled Ahmad Jassim security officer, and first lieutenant Zeed Khalef Nikkah to 
investigate how:

1- first lieutenant Mahdi Saleh Mahdi and lieutenant Saleh Abdulmahdi Shabeeb made the 
[illegible] inoperative and did not prolong the tanks.

2. And how first lieutenant Mahdi Saleh Mahdi exploited guard company 2 ka deb Basra, please 
complete the investigation as soon as possible and inform us.
