Fourth: 
Specific special forces accompany the division: vital points to the airport and the main [illegible] 
(control equipment and runways), detaching a squad with a squadron from carriers fa mechanized 
infantry \ 25 to protect ammunition depots.
Fifth: Tanks, carriers and other weapons returning to the division headquarters will be 
distributed.
b. Emphasizing the digging of tank positions according to instructions announced to you.
c. Camouflaging all armored vehicles with camouflage nets and sackcloth bands.
d. The gun will be free to disperse within 360 degree position.
e. Maintaining vehicles and emphasizing the adequacy of fuel, oil, grease and water; a schedule of 
maintenance will be issued by us in that regard.
f. Emphasizing Al Doshka machine guns, and explaining to them the duties of handling air and 
ground targets.
g. Moving ammunition and furniture from the old place (Al Abass base).
h. Walking around inside the airport will be strictly forbidden to officers and their ranks, leaving 
the unit's sector without authorization from our headquarters would also be forbidden.
i. Emphasizing the phenomena of officers and ranks missing the appointed day to return from 
leaves.
j. Emphasizing morning wake up and morning line up for full inspection to officers and ranks in 
time to dress and shave.
k. All should wear metal helmets with mask and weapons.
l. Referring to standard work procedure when moving, and handling negative affairs that emerged 
during our movement.
m. Emphasizing painting vehicles, tanks and water storage containers in the color of dirt.
n. Penalizing administrative officer kaf dal ba Zeen Al Qous by the commander of his unit.
o. Emphasizing completing papers of [illegible] consumption and following up on receiving them.
p. Emphasizing fixing the division's sign on all vehicles, tanks and carriers of your division, 
guidelines will be issued later in that regard.
q. Emphasizing a review of the completeness of your units when the unit moves and arrives to its 
new headquarters.
r. Emphasizing answering mail and sending situations by the required times.
s. Forbidding infringement to airport property [original: vehicles], violators will be arrested.

Welcoming Speech
The commander of the brigade welcomed the attendants and wished them the best of luck in 
accomplishing their tasks.

1- The Purpose
Discussing operations of headquarters and units of the brigade after receiving the section about 
the Kuwait International Airport area, and clarifying the brigade's mission to defend the airport 
and the reserve of Gulf operations command.
2- The Important Points that were Emphasized
Distributing brigade headquarters units according to the following:
First: Battalion dal ba Basra: The right eastern wing will commence in the form of two lines, 
inside and outside the airport fence.
Second: Battalion dal ba Zeen Al Qous: Western wing.
Third: fa mechanized infantry \ 25: The north and east areas and the main gates towards the 
airport plus the main ammunition depots.

a. Specialty
First: Headquarters of the company plus fuel squad will remain under our command.
Second: Squad 1 minus a patrol under the command of Kadhima command forces.
Third: Squad 2 minus a patrol under division \ 15 command.
Fourth: 2  patrols under division \ 11 command.
Fifth: Squad 3 minus patrol under the command of Kadhima forces command.
Sixth: 1 patrol under Al Jehra forces command.
b. Duty
First: Participating in confronting and destroying the attacking enemy.

Schedule of Distributing Chemical Units in Section Fa Ain the Gulf

1- Chemical company \ 11
a. Specialty
First: Remains with division \ 11 to secure chemical support for it and the units attached to it as a 
first priority.
Second: Allocating a chemical reconnaissance detachment to Al Feda command forces and Al 
Jehra command forces, each.
Third: Supporting the remaining formations as a second priority and according to the 
development of the situation.

b. Duty
First: Executing duties of observing, alarming and chemical reconnaissance
Second: Monitoring radiation levels
Third: Performing purification in the selected points and stations at the purification lines that 
protection can be taken for purification work
Fourth: Opening the chemical field lab and radiation examining lab to receive samples for an 
analysis.
Fifth: Completing all minor and medium repairs to chemical equipment and preparations.

2- Squad Se'tu chemical infantry division \ 15
a. Specialty
First: Two reconnaissance detachments will remain at infantry division \ 15
Second: A chemical reconnaissance detachment will be allocated to Al Kadhima command forces 
and a detachment to our main headquarters.
b. Duty
First: Opening chemical observatory positions.
Second: Executing reconnaissance duties and chemical observation according to priorities and the 
requirements of the situation.
