1.	Listing the number and date of the receipt and the party from 
which it was received.

2.	Ensuring that not more than one item is listed on one repair 
paper.

3.	Listing the unit's registration number.

4. 	Avoiding any discrepancy between the numbers listed in the 
repair papers and the actual quantities sent to the Chemical 
Depot.

	Reference the secret and personal message of the Chemical 
Branch Directorate, number 872 and dated 29 December 1984:

1.	We are distributing a bottle of testing tablets (CS) 
according to the instructions listed below, which can be used 
as a substitute for the testing bottle used in the Gas Room.
a.	The testing tablets are made from CS agent.
b.	Weight of each tablet is 0.6 gm.
c.	Each bottle contains 30 tablets.
d.	Net content of each bottle is 18 gm

2.	Number of tablets used for testing procedures is 17 per 
company/battery and 10 per division (illegible) following the 
following phases:
a.	First phase: 15 tablets equivalent to 9 gm.
b.	Second phase: 2 tablets equivalent to 1.2 gm.

	Reference the top secret message of the Chemical Branch 
Command, 3rd Corps, numbered 329 and dated 20 May 1984,  article 
number 46 of the minutes of the meeting number 1 held at the 
Chemical Branch Directorate on 11 and 12 February 1984 calls for 
compliance with previous instructions relative to the thorough 
checking of losses in Chemical equipment and supplies:

	1. 	The units and formations should check the losses before 
requesting replacement by the brigade chemical officer 
in the formation.

	2. 	Destroyed and damaged supplies listed in the daily 
status of operations shall be turned in to our command 
by the units and formations when requesting replacement. 
 The purpose is to combine these items and deliver them 
to the Chemical Depot after making sure that they are 
not usable or repairable in the mobile chemical labs.

	3. 	The units and formations shall set up investigative 
boards to look into the technical supplies and 
equipment.  The results will be checked and endorsed by 
our command from a technical standpoint.

	Under the present circumstances and in order to maintain the 
individual decontamination and first-aid kit, replacing this item 
will be stopped in accordance with article 18 of the instructions 
governing the issue, consumption and classification of chemical 
items and supplies.  An alternative to this would be to complete 
the repair papers listing the number of affected items and having 
them replaced by the Chemical Depot after checking them.  This is 
done during wartime only.  Please distribute to your affiliate 
units for action and compliance.
