Reference top secret message number 10195 dated 2 October 1985 
from the Chemical Branch Directorate, we are enclosing information 
about the protective capacity of some protective masks filters.  
Please note that most filters are similar in their protective 
capacity, with the exception of the Russian protective mask 
filters.  Please read and disperse to your units.
