economic committee approved the amount by informing the Al-Mira
department 10121 in a statement reported to us in December 1990 in the
directorateÕs urgent and secret letter number 919 dated January 15,1991 to
change the size of the date package as follows: (.) 1 (.) All kinds of dates
should come wrapped in 250 gr packages (.) 2 (.) The moist dates should
come in 200 gr packages 3. Leave the size of the wrapped dates that are
included in the battle rations at 125 g. per package.

(.) Letter number 445 dated 1/9/1991 from the Directorate of the Budget
and letter number 282 dated 1/26/1991 from the Directorate of Central
Auditing that were referred to us by the secret and urgent letter number
1966 dated February 4, 1991 by the Directorate of Rations and
Transportation. They include to give free rations to the fighters of the
popular army for 1990 only since a budget was allocated for the
department of the popular army affairs for 1991 (.) Therefore, there will
be a charge for the popular armyÕs rations for 1991 and six copies of a list
will shoe the rations that are given starting 1/1/1991. They are certified and
sealed by the recipient party and the delivering party. They are sent to the
Directorate of Rations and Transportation at the end of each month for the
purpose of requesting authorization.
