Subject: A request for a weapon receipt document

In reference to your letter number 588 dated 02/05/1991 and our letter number 6153 dated 
01/29/1992
1. For each weapon, there is a document which proves that it was appropriately received. It 
mentions the name of the recipient, the recipient party and the reason of receipt.
2. The document is considered one of the required documents to issue the license for possessing 
and carrying a weapon.
3. In light of the above items (1) and (2), please provide us with the weapon receipt form for the 
two officers listed in your letter number 346 dated 01/23/1991. In the absence of such a receipt, 
we are unable to address the directorate of the officers department about issuing a license to 
possess and carry a weapon.
