-In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful-
Dear Commander of the 18th field battalion
Subject/ a report
Upon reviewing the facilities handled by the brigadeÕs officers and the sabotage committee, it
seems that this sabotage operation has the following advantages and disadvantages:
First. The gas and oil storage facility at Al-Zour (GT Company): At this facility, the
bombing operation will be typical since it consists of ignition circuits. The first is
electrical and is linked consecutively. The second is also electrical but is linked
evenly. The third is regular by using the lighter fuse and the safety fuse.
Second The gas storage facility and loading deck at Saud port: There are two circuits. The first is
electrical and the second is regular for the gas facility only since the deck is
occupied by our units for surveillance and [illegible].
Third The power plant of Al-Nuwaiseeb: The circuits linked to it are three electrical
circuits. Two are linked evenly and the third consecutively. Therefore, the circuit
is not considered typical since the regular circuit is absent due to the lack of the
lighter fuse.
Fourth Water pumping and treatment plant at Al-Nuwaiseeb: Only one circuit is linked to
this facility. It is regular and uses lighter fuses. An electrical circuit was not
linked since the sabotage cables were not available and this cycle is only
linked by the edges only. As to the operation rooms, the circuits were not
linked permanently due to the presence of the Kuwait engineers and
technicians responsible for operating and managing the station for 24
continuous hours. You were notified, sir, with this case to get an approval
from the commander of the division to link the circuits to the operating
rooms.
The disadvantages:
1. The area that covers these facilities is humid because it is close to the sea. This leads to an
decrease in the effects of the explosives since the circuits were installed eight month ago.
2. The absence of transportation means to carry out the obligation and [illegible].
3. The circuit that was installed in the water pumping facility at Al-Nuwaiseeb is linked above
the pools. This does not guarantee the total destruction of the pools when the sabotage order is
issued. Therefore, we need to work on digging in areas surrounding the pools in order to put the
explosives
to be directly adjacent to the pool walls to guarantee its effective sabotage.
4. We need to provide items to link a regular circuit in the power plant of Al-Nuwaiseeb.

Disposable Interception Equipment
1- Objective: To intercept telecommunications through
frequency to hinder our communications and eventually to
affect the command and control by launching this disk that
resembles a missile.
2- Effect of the missile: The missile affects the VHF
telecommunications within a limited area which covers 750 -
1000 m. The missile is often used to affect the
telecommunications that use the system of the random vault.
The effect period does not exceed one hour.
3- Description of the missile:
a- The color is not fixed and depends on the colors of nature.
b- The missile is shaped like a cone disk when seen on the
surface of the Earth.
c- When it is planted underground, only a part of the missile
can be seen: a striped aerial 120 - 186 cm long.
d- The missile is 50 cm long, 8.7 cm wide. It weighs about 3.5
Kg.
e. Pictures 1 and 2 show this.
4- Neutralizing the missile: Upon detecting the existence of an interception, a 750 - 1000 meters wide area should be searched by a
transmission device. Upon finding the missile, measures are taken to neutralize it:
a. The aerial is broken from the bottom.
b. The board is pleated to the bottom so it reaches the ground or [illegible] the missile with the sand so as to cover [illegible] {b,c}
Drawing no. 4.
5- Disposing of the missile:
