Enclosed is a copy of instructions for using detection paper, mark 2, please circulate to all units 
with chemical guides and advise them to begin an intensive course to train guides on their use. 
This should take place at formation headquarters and at your command, in order to enhance and 
diversify chemical detection methods of the units.
