Detecting nerve agent and mustard liquid. Take one detection paper from the group marked by two threads, one red and the second yellow, then moist the paper with the agent liquid and wait one minute, then compare the resulting color with the color displayed on the card. When the temperature is zero or less, wait 5 minutes, then compare the colors. Note: purification liquid and biological material causes similar changes. b. Detecting hydrogen cyanide (hydrocyanide acid). Take one tube from inside the fabric bag, break the tube and drip its solution on the special paper after removing it from inside the envelope marked with a black thread, then firmly rotate the paper in a circular movement for one minute then compare the resulting color with the color marked on the card. Note: the paper must be used immediately after removal. c. Detecting Phosgene. Take the detection paper from inside the envelope marked with a green thread, then rotate the paper in a circular movement for 2 minutes. Compare then with the color marked on the card. 3- Detection papers are good for 3 years, beginning from the marked date.
