taken - first - field medical units, chemical platoon, and detachment will be prepared. - second. - 
carrying protection equipment by all. - officers. - observers.- headquarters. - units. -after 
installing filters on face covers. - third. - carrying purification and individual first aid set by all. - 
fourth. - notifying division headquarters about any artillery shot that carries chemical material. - 
or spreading chemical material by airplanes. - fifth. - emphasis on casualties collection locations 
to act as a method of early alarm. - violators will be severely punished whether officers or 
observers. - all officers shall be responsible for implementing commands. - in addition to making 
command accountable. - political guidance officers. - assistants. - on the violation. - the violator 
will be severely punished whatever his rank was. - over.
