Please advise your members that atropine automatic injections (designated for movements purposes) shall be kept after use in the left pocket of the jacket of soldier injured with nerve agents when evacuated by ambulance to field medical unit for the following reasons, and advise. 1- The large size of the injection. 2- It has no place of fixation on the jacket's collar as in procedure of using atropine injections equipped with purification and individual first aid set. 3- Exercising and conducting practical training on the use of protective mask, purification and first aid set, automatic atropine injections, protective cream and opening courses to the weak and beginners under the supervision of chemical staff officers in the formations and chemical guides in the units. All commanding officers, officers, ranks and combatants should know procedure of usage, we shall note that in the coming visits. Please act accordingly.
