Infected injuries disinfection and treatment detachment
Per the top secret and urgent memo of the 2nd corps chemical branch 9100,  dated 9/7/1985, 
reported in the  top secret and urgent memo of the 2nd corps chemical branch 987,  dated 
9/23/1985, reported to us in the top secret and urgent memo of the 2nd corps medical command 
3072, dated 9/25/1985, and per the top secret and urgent memo of Army Staff (special bureau) 
23554, dated 8/25/1985, the following actions are to be taken:

1. Commandants are to train members of their platoons on use of protective masks and the 
individual disinfection and first aid kit, emphasizing that training take place by doctors at the first 
aid stations of the units.

2. The chemical attack warning practice should be carried out on unspecified times  in order to 
know for sure the actual level of performance for the units in taking the necessary protective 
actions, and in identifying the shortcomings, according to the above-mentioned memo of the 
directorate 660, dated 1/20/1985.

3. distribute the plan of action for evacuation and treatment of infected injuries, and the plan for 
establishing an injuries disinfection and treatment detachment according to plan sent out to you in 
our top secret and urgent memo 1253, dated 9/27/1985. Please act accordingly and take necessary 
action.

must be completed in the said month.

Per the top secret and urgent memo of the directorate of the chemical branch 9100, dated 
9/7/1985, delivered to us in the top secret and urgent memo of the 12th armored division 
command (operations) 9537, 9/17/1985, and the top secret and urgent 23554, dated 8/25/1985.

1. That commandants of platoons conduct training of the members of their units on using the 
protective mask, disinfected gear, and personal first aid,ensuring that physicians train the medical 
personnel of the units. 

2. Conduct the chemical attack warning exercise at unscheduled times in order to know for sure 
the actual level of performance of the units with regards to taking preventive measures, and 
identify the shortcomings, according to the top secret and urgent memo of the directorate of 
chemical branch 660, dated on 1/20/1985 delivered to you in the top secret memo of our 
division's chemical branch 71, dated on 2/8/1985..

3. Conduct evacuation and treat infected injuries and the plan to establish a disinfection and 
treatment detachment as shown in the appendix a and b enclosed to follow.  

please take the necessary action.
