2- Submitted regularly every 15 days to our headquarters in order to follow up, compound the 
changes and submit them to medical affairs directorate.
Please take the necessary measures and advise, and consider the subject a vital one.

Please advise all army units to write the full name of chemical branch command of our command 
and not to abbreviate the name. The above mentioned command has received letters belonging to 
chemical branch command of air force and air defense and vice versa, which caused delays in 
many letters in which speedy action on measures was required. Please advise.
