To supply an additional 10 percent of clothes to the units that are supported by medical field units and hospitals in the operations sector, this to be taken from the equipment and supplies of the low-demanding units for the purpose of resupply and equip the persons with infected injuries. This should be kept in the depots of administrative officers of medical field units, and not to be dispensed to in any other case. 2. said supplies and equipment should be comparable to those given to the injured. 3. To add this to the notes in the records for clothes and equipment of the non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the land forces for the year 1981, and paragraph (I) of the instructions in the previous page.
