Per the secret and urgent memo 22554, dated 8/25/1985, and the top secret and urgent memo of 
the Administration department 15575, dated 9/23/1985, which was delivered in the top secret 
and urgent memo of directorate of (I cannot seem to be able to read word) 20467, dated 
10/12/1985, delivered to us in the top secret and urgent memo of chemical corps directorate 
11085, dated 10/26/1985, the following was approved:

1. To supply an additional 10 percent of clothes to the units that are supported by medical field 
units and hospitals in the operations sector, this to be taken from the equipment and supplies of 
the low-demanding units for the purpose of resupply and equip the persons with infected 
injuries.

This should be kept in the depots of administrative officers of medical field units, and not to be 
dispensed to in any other case.

2. said supplies and equipment should be comparable to those given to the injured.

3. To add this to the notes in the records for clothes and equipment of the non-commissioned 
officers and soldiers of the land forces for the year 1981, and paragraph (I) of the instructions in 
the previous page.

We would like to remind you of the time to send back the chemical supplies and equipment for 
the second season starting 11/15/1985. Please ask your units to send them to us before 11/10 
noting the following:
1. send said supplies and equipment with two messengers with one form (Chem. branch 836) at 
the set date.
2.  Be accurate in organizing such chemical supplies and equipment according to the document 
issued by directorate of organization, and show the still existing and the missing of such 
equipment to the last day of such organization.
3.  Write all modern equipment of units on the back of form in case there is no specified space for 
it on the form.
4. Unit commandant and administrative officer should sign off on chem. branch form 836.
5. List on the back of form all equipment which have not been dropped from the units' records 
because of not completing the necessary documentation.
6. declare all consumed quantities which have not been turned back to depot on the back of form.
