Please report them to your units to avoid. 1. Weakness in the level of the chemical counsellors in the use of chemical observation equipment. 2. The units' chemical observation posts are not complete (binoculars, map, timer, chemical alarm flash, chemical observation equipment, symptoms of a chemical attack, field telephone.) 3. There is a weakness in filling out the chemical attack reports by chemical counsellor. 4. Complete the partial disinfection of units according to the plan sent to you. 5. Some of the detective pipes have been expired, and units have not asked for replacements. 6. Some of the units didn't know how to use the partial disinfection equipment at the partial disinfection points. 7. Prepare a number of the chemical reporting forms found in the staff duties, and pass to assistants and commandants, and make sure how they should fill them out. 8. Train the ranks on how to wear the protective masks size (6-8), and they should also know components of, duties, and how to use the disinfection and first aid equipment. 9. The non availability of manuals for the chemical staff officers, though most of the previous officers have been given such manuals. To establish the suitable size for the protective mask, measure the distance( A) (between the nose base and chin), and as follows: a. If distance A is less than 110 mlm. then the protective mask size is 3. b. If distance A is less than between 111 - 125 mlm. then the protective mask size is 2. c. If distance A is more than 125 mlm. then the protective mask size is 1.
