During our daily check - up of the oil wells we discovered that the explosives of Oum Qadier - 
one of Leuitenant Abdel Karim Qassim Darraj group - have been removed . As this well is 
positioned at (unlear words) new explosive were layed in place.

With reference to the oral order of the Brigade's commander , we wish you would provide us with 
detailed information about the ready targets for sabotage postponed as in the illustration and 
example attached.
Your reply to reach us urgently by hand with a letter describing your needs from materials.
Please consider with itmost importance and be very accurate to present the issue  to the leader, 
and report to us .

The commander of the Third Brigade /Field  Engineering Battalion. 
Dear Sir, 
Subject : Report on the Vital Targets for postponed Sabotage .

The vital Targets for postponed sabotage have been surveyedat the 18th oil Center together with 
the attached wells, the following was found :
1- All targets are ready for sabotage usingthe electric Method only.
2- Targets are distant from each other.
3- We need the following materials as the assignment is very important as in order to prepare the 
sabotage by a second way.
A. For every well we need:
1. 400 meters plast
2. (7) meters safety plast
3. Ordinary lighter Model (27) quantity (2) two.
4. (2) capsuls
5. TNT explosives ( 10pounds).
6- Sabotage wires of  1 KLM length.
7- Electric lighters type (33) Quantaty (1) .
8- We need (30) sand sacks for every well.

There for the total materials needed for 14 wells in 5 sabotage positions:
1- Plast 400x19 = 7600 meters
2- Safety plast = (7) M x133 M.
3- Ordinary Lighers       2x19 = 38 Ordinary lighter.
4- Capsuls 	              2x19 = 38 capsuls.
5- TNT Explosive        10x19 = 190 pounds.
6- Destructive wires       1x19 = 19 KLM
7- Electrice lighter (33)=1x19 = 19 lighter
8- Sand Sacks 	   30x19=570 Sand Sacks
