Subj. Minuites of the S.H.M. Battallion 29 conference .  The conference held on 12/15/1990 for 
the chemical Rank, and officers commanders of the devision.of the chemical Breggade 3 command.
Stress was make on the following points. We wish to complete as soon as possible.
1- Complition of the chemical observations and partial  clearance posts of all units with bricks 
and cement.
We had previously urged you to do so in our letter S F 62 dated 12/02/1990 . Attached  is a copy 
of the chemical observation plan.
2- The common protection sheild should be built at the operations formations rooms.
3- The state of the air supplies should be reported by the formations on daily bases.
4- The Maintenace of personnel  special vehicls should be made every half month.
5- Cleaning mateialsshould be complete, in case of any shortage the demand should be made to th 
Battalion.
6- The training period should extended in the usuage of the protection masks , cleaning 
Equipement and individual first aid.
7- Secret messages should be sent to the chemical observatories at all units and partial cleaning 
posts.
8- The line of duty's preparations should be formed.
9- A planning (uncleared) should be put out at the chemical observatory.
10- Surveillance of formation cleaning lines places.
