FLS secret -urgent 291 of 9/11/1990. It is necessary; to keep the  wrieless networks  distant at 
your positions, as it is found to be dangerous to leave  them at one place and may lead to 
disrupting the security of wireless communications.

During our daily check - up of the oil wells we discovered that the explosives of Oum Qadier - 
one of Leuitenant Abdel Karim Qassim Darraj group - have been removed . As this well is 
positioned at (unlear words) new explosive were layed in place.
