	Subject : Violations & Wireless Calls

Reference letter of the Secret Army Command No. 4666 date October 3, 1995 which conveyed to 
us by the leadership letter FL.  Secret 37 A 7 in 5 / 10 / 1990, we decided the following :
1. All the violations and wireless calls are considered first class violations.

2. Intelligence Department should follow and confirm that wireless devices would not be used. 
Instead, alternative means should be used according to the instructions issued by the department 
and lectures and directions on this issue should be intensified.

3. The Divisions Intellignece Command should direct staff to admit the assigned words when 
entering the network and don't  escaping when violations are committed. This must be done for 
the sake of safety and security of our transportations.

Please consider what is required.

	Subject : Conference of the Chemical Type

A conference for the commanders of the Chemical Type Commands Y. FL. 3 was held in the date 
9 / 9 / 1990 where the following were discussed and ensured :

1. The importance of maneuvering and chemical warning which should be practiced by the 
different divisions and units.

2. Five personnel in each unit should be trained on the monitoring and chemical alarm works 
under the supervision of the chemical Instructor in the unit. The training continues for three days 
and includes the prescribed directions and methodology.

3. All Officers and staff should carry the protective masks.

4. Practicing of wearing protective masks during the morning and evening alarm which must be 
considered by the whole staff.

5. Protective masks should be used daily because of the desert conditions of the area. The metal 
protector should kept closed and the mask and sight lens should kept clean.
