Referring to the letter of the Chemical type Command 709 which dated in 8 / 10 / 1990 and the
Intelligence Conference which held in the site Fl 3 on the date 7 October 1990, we ensure the
following :

1. The observing sites must be secured and well selected in the existing high or low lands; it is not
essential that these sites exist in the same line of the unit; it could be further or below the unit
open line to secure the best possible observing situation.

2. Completion of the Chemical observers requirements needed for your units.

3. Inform us with procedures taken regard the above.

Referring to your secret and confidential letter No. 104 dated 5 / 10 / 1990 coming to us by letter
k. h. m. fl 3 / top secret & confidential / No.205 dated in 17 / 10 / 1990; a group of which belongs
to the Kuwaitt Oil Company investigated the collective sites on the date of 28 / 10 / 1990 and the
explosives has been removed from the oil sites (18). After the departure of the above mentioned
group, the oil sites and wells are prepared for the sabotage.
