The Leader commander decided to punish every person in the battalion who did not carry on his
protecetive mask. Such person should be send to prison for ten days with delayed meals.

The agreement of the Army Headquarters was approved by its letter No. 25370 dated 23 / 8 /
1990, which was conveyed by the letter of the Operations Department No. 7903 dated in 24 / 8 /
1990, coming to us by the letter of the Secret Organization Division No. 2682 dated in 25 / 8 /
1990. Accordingly your battalion with its all current fighting system is disengaged from the
Fourth Squad Command to be connected to the Sixth Squad Command.
