THE /CRANE'S BOOM WAS OVER THE REACTOR BUILDING AND WAS PROBABLY /REMOVING RUBBLE OR DEBRIS SO THAT AN ASSESSMENT OF THE REACTOR /COULD BE MADE. / /COMMENT - [ (b)(1) sec 1.3(a)(4) ] THE BAGHDAD NUCLEAR RESEARCH CENTER ESTABLISHED THAT /THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF HIGHLY ENRICHED URANIUM STORED IN THE /ISIS REACTOR BUILDING.
