Dispersion of units and the importance of maintenance increases
the requirement for maintenance contact repair teams.

LESSON(S~  tEARNED:

CSS units must increase the capability to send contact teams to
forward and dispersed units.  Recovery procedures to include
collection points, guides, and security should be developed.
