             FIEtD EXPEDIENT IlMMwV WINDS}{IEThD LOUVER

     The. purposes of this louver are to prevent detection by
windshield reflection and reduce windshield glare on the inside
of the windshield.  A secondary advantage will be a cooler cab.

     Attach to M998/1O38 series with 23" rubber strap louped over
cross-bar of cab overhead, hooked to 1/4" bolt in side of louver.
The windshield wipers must be removed.
