                   moved into agricultural area (vic 0-1 85:1.--@.) and discovered an
         extensive bltni-er complex.  @,119 received sporadic enemy automatic
         weapons +ire. That, coupled with near zero visibility hampered
         movement north.
      -  18'@0, enr-ot-ite to OT 877-7., 1/1 engaged two separate civilian vehicles,
         after receiving +ire from them. TF Command Elements were involved in
         the same civilian vehicle firefight.
      -  2115, TF Command Elements crossed PL Margaret and established CP (vic
         857321).
      -  21-@0, D 1/1 engaged an APC near the t.'.IA, killing it and several Iraoi.
         soldiers. TF CP received automatic weapons fire during this
         engagement.
      -  2130, TF CEB detachment was also involved in an APC engagement (vic O.T
         87 C)). CEB destroyed 1 APC, I jec-p and I cargo truck. During this
         engagement, CEB suffered I KIA, LCpl Waldron, of A Co, 7th Engineer
         Support Battalion.
      -  2200, TF LOC established at QT 8252'@7. The RAS was quickly established
         to care +or the wounded.
      -  27,00, '@/9 breached @'IA perimeter fer-ic:e and Occupied a battle position
         (vic 877,B).
      -  27,C)(D, All TF movement was halted by direction of Division.

      TASK FORCE SHEPHERD
      -  0600, "D" Co to Ripper.
      -  0750, "C" Co destroys 10 Type 6@@ APC at 886094. "A" Co ties in with
         "C" Co to screen Div East flank along 90 grid (N-S). Captures 6 APC'S,
         5th Br, (100 men), tank main supply point, ZF T-62's, 2 APC'S, 1 Btr and
         1 trL' r'te .
      -  15C)O, TF conducts a +lank screen along the 90 N-S gridline, destroys 6
         tanks, 11 APC'S, 5 trucks.
      -  TF moves north, skirting Kuwait International Airport to the east.
      -  1700, TF enters suburbs of Kuwait City, Co A reconned by +ire the
         military bar-racks at TN l@@5--'75. TF continued to move in Kuwait City
north along the powerline at TN 1Z!2370.
      -  1730, TF made contact with Kuwaiti Resistance at TN 1307,.80.
      -  1830, TF consolidates along PL Green, the 41 E-W grid line. The TF
         COC at TN 1174C)3.
      -  22',@'), TF is ordered to take Kuwait International Airport.

      TASK FORCE TARO
      -  Ordered to secure MEF OBJ C, eventually cleared and secured by LAI.
      -  (.)733, Pride directs TF XRay to chop to TF Taro.
      -  1C)05, Received message stating G-3 intended to move TF Taro by truck to
         Kuwait International Airport to secure MEF Obj C (Airport).
      -  11@@5, 1/3 tasked to Secure MSR between obstacle belts with HMG teams.
      -  12C)O, 1/12 displaces north toward Kuwait Int'l Airport.
      -  16o('), TF Taro 'A' Cmd and '-?/3 (-) displaces north toward Kuwait Int'l
         Ai r port.
      -  1720, 111'4 Firecap vic O.T 768260 (C and F Batteries).
      -  17@), TF Taro 'A' Cmd and 2/3 cross second obstacle belt.
