             Mishab.


             b.  5 Jan 1991: Postal Concentration Center-North with 2 officers
             and 22 enlisted personnel arrive to set up Postal Operations for
             the Mistiab area.


             C.  9 Jan 1991: 'colc over postal operations at Manifa Pay.

             d.  10 Jan 1991: EstRblished Kibrit Post Office. Uniform of the
