          PURPOSE.    Provide the necessary information required to warn
      of
      expected NBC contamination.

      2. INFORMATION

                (1) Chemical Downwind Message @CDM) 0600, '.200, '@800,
           2400 .


                (2) Effective Downwind Message (EDM) 0700, 1300, 1900,
           2400 .


                (3) Meteorological Fallout Message (NET",CF) 0600, I'@00.
           1800, 2400.

                (4) NBC-1 (NBCI) When N13C attack occurs.

                (5) NBC-2 (NBC2) After evaluation of several NBC-'
           reports.

                (6) NBC-3 (NBC3) Upon completion of the simplified
      fallout
           or chemical prediction.

                (7) AIBC-4 (NBC4) As survey and           information Is
           taken.


                (8) NBC-5 (NBC5) Upon completion of detailed fallout
           prediction.
