           exact location and type of NBO attack, An upgraded version of
           the NBC-3 report.

                            (f) (U) NBC-6 Report. The final NBC report
           submitted with fully evaluated data concerning a NBC attack.
           A complete summary of NBC information concerning a specific
           attack.


                            (g) (U) NUCWARN. A report sent to friendly
           higher, adjacent and lower commands announcing the intended use
           of nuclear weapons by friendly forces.

                            (h) (U) CHEMWARN. A report sent to friendly
           higher, adjacent and lower commands announcing the intended use
           of chemical weapons by friendly forces.

                            (i) (U) Chemical Downwind Message (CDM). A
           report of weather and atmospheric condition for a six (8) hour
           period in the geographic area of the NBC attack. This report
           is used to assist the NBC Control Center in evaluating NBC-1
           reports and converting them to NBC-3 reports.

           Annex Q (Reports).
