          I.m"91 Purpose. To prescribe signals which give emergency warning of an
          attack or hazard.


          2.-rST NBC ALERT CONDITIONS.
                a.m@"   NBC WHITE.   Attack Improbable. MOPP Level 0.
                b.m@"   NBC YELLOW.  Attack possible/probable within 30 min-2 hrs.
                                     Commanders assume appropriate MOPP Level.
                c.m@" NBC RED.       Attack Imminent. Commanders assume appropriate
                                     MOPP Level.
                d.m@&r ALL CLEAR.    Immediate hazard is over, return to condition NBC
                                     Wlf ITE.

            Standard hand & arm signal     consists of: 1)   Donning and clearing the
            mask. 2) Extend both arms      horizontally sideways with fists doubled
          facing up. 3) Move fists rapidly to your head and back to horizontal.
          4) Repeat as necessary.
          **"ALL CLEAR" will be sounded by local commanders after selective unmaski
          procedures are performed or upon direction from HHQ.
