            implementing a new concept on the eve of actual combat placed an unnecessary
            burden on units.

            active and r@e component division, hospital, medical brigade, group, battalion and
            independent company to d@te a physician grad@te of the Medicg management
            of Chenucal Casualties Cowse as Chemical Casualty Care Officer on fomw additional
            duty orders, with standardized additional duties and,.respondbilities including
            mandatory annual attendance at update/refresher     and USR unit training
            reporting requirements.
