             9.        MG Travis and SG Blanck briefed ou=rent status Of
        vaccination policy and vaccine production. To proceed with
        Planning the working group needs a vaccination policy decision.
        SG Blanck's office will provide a policy proposal to OZCSOPS (SWC)
        within a week of this ,testing. service coordination on this issue
        will be critical, The vaccination al@

        Service review and validation. Contractors are refusing to
        produce vaccines without indemnification. OSD-Health Affairs
        representative indicated there should be no legal restrictions to
        indemnification.    The work group W411 present a status report at
        the next meeting. The Azmy's production capacity is at its
        maximum but experiencing problems obtaining FDA approval because
        the Army facility Was riot designed for full scale vaccine
        production.
            h, @ MG Del Rosso closed the meeting with a discussion of
        the way-a-head. Work groups =at continue efforts to refine issues
        and establish a procedures to enhance communication across work
        groups, Work groups should begin to craft information in their
        area for the JCS briefing. Possible standard working group format
