       SUBJECT: Status Report on Biological Warfare (BW) Vaccination and
       Defense Program (U)
       1. (U) Purpose: To provide update on BW vaccination and defense
       program in CENTCOM.

       2. (U) Facts:
          a.              anthrax vaccine is being maintained as the
       CENTCOM vaccine reserve for treatment of anthrax exposed service
       members (SMs).
       m           he first shipment of anthrax vaccine, there were
       CENTCOM was faced with a greater requirement, so they decided to
       vaccinate more SM's than they had doses to complete the two week
       vaccination series and depend on subsequent shipments.
       Administration of the second dose has been started.

          d. @In the first shipment of botulinum vaccine, there were
