          Subject: Distribution of Pamphlets


              & In conjunction with initiation of the BW Protection
          Program, the US Government made a commitment to share information
          with coalition partners. Papers were written by a bilateral
          biological/chemical defense working group and subsequently
          converted into two pamphlets: "(U) Medical Countermeasures
          Against Biological Material and Biological Material Detection and
          Physical Countermeasures" and "@ Medical Defense Against
          Biological Material.,,

              0 USCINCCENT was requested to direct the distribution of both
          pamphlets to all member nations of the coalition, using military
          channels. 300 copies of both pamphlets were sent on 29 January.
