     1.   Ref action   from Joint Chem Coord     '@ommittee to
     discuss the consumption rate of medical chemical defense
     equipment as it relates to casualities.

     2. Consumption rates were determined by the Institute
     for Defense Analysis, "Consumption Rates For Chemical
     Defense Equipment, IDA F'aper F'-@.088" and "Analysis of
     Wartime Consumption Rates For Chemical Defensive
     Equipment" The model, TACWAR, was played in a SW Asia
     and @,'oreFn. Post-processing defined requirements.

          The model uses CaSLtality data, but it is not
     e,lamined by the post processor for- printout.

     4. Mr. Ed F..'.erlin (84'@-'@16C)) stated this relationship
     Could be e,,@amined; the data base for the current
     operation is almost built, and that J-5 (LTC Hilliard,
     LTC Jones 7-6lE37) or- DCSOP-SW could task them to look at
     it.

     5. Per Dr. Boyle (5-'541), send a memo thrlt him to
     J-5. J-5 has no Current contract with IDA (LTC Jones),
     but OSD does !4 a memo to J-5 WOLkldn't work. LTC Jones
     believes J-4 will be interested in following up. He
     will call back with recommendations.
