             1.    @ Attached Point Paper will be used to prebrief the DCSOPS
             and the CSA for the Tank Session on 9 Apr 91. The briefing will
             provide background on the anthrax vaccine and botulinum toxoid
             deficiencies for operation Desert Shield, identify the doses that
             were sent to the AOR before Operation Desert Storm, and present the
             Medical BW Defense Plan which will enhance the medical BW readiness
             of U.S. forces in future wars.

             2. (U) The final briefing an SAB to the Tank Session is not
             available at this time.

             3. Request concurrence on point paper.
