              square motor in Eastern Province desert areas of Saudi Arabia.

              nowevert multiple lesions or facial lesions are evacuated to
              WRAMC for treatment.

              S. Recommend proactive preventive medicine instruction be'
              conducted now at unit level on the use of repellent by soldiers
              of Desert Storm to prevent many more cases of laishmaniasis.
              Prevention of facial scarring and multiple lesion cases by proper
              repellent use will result in fewer evacuations from key Army
              Units.
