           1. Message is reemphasizing guidance sent to AOR on how medical
           units can better prepare their shelters against chemical and
           biological attacks using field methods. Guidance applies to all
           units with GP tents, TEMPER tents, and ISO shelters. New
           information is provided in message on availability of TEMPER tape
           for use with TEMPER tents.

           2. Message was coordinated with USAF Surgeon's Office (Lt Col
           Falkenheimer), U.S. Marine Air-Ground Task Force Warfighting Center
           Quantico (CDR Black), Chief of Naval.operations (932) (CAPT
           Pheeny), JCS J-4 (COL Fry), and DAMO-SWC (Dr. Boyle). Other
           services info addresses were requested to,be placed on message by
           above service representatives during coordination. Message was
           encouraged to be sent soonest.

           3. Recommend message be sent                priority.
