         TRAINING PEG:


             a. Plan and resource for the transition and
         sustainment of the Army Training 21 initiative within the
         Army Medical Department.(HCD-M)

             b. Provide and program funding for the necessary
         training facilities, areas, aids and associated
         administrative and logistical support facilities/services
         to effectively support MF2K force structure training
         programs. (HCD-M)

             C. Provide and program funding for training support
         instructor personnel and medical/non-medical equipment and
         materials needed to support MF2K force training.(HCD-M)

             d. Provide adequate operating tempo (OPTEMPO) to
         sustain operational proficiency on unit mission essential
         task list (METL) and to achieve Cl level of training for AC
         and RC medical units. (HCP)

             e. Fund regional training sites - medical to conduct
         ARTEPS, unit level sustainment training, regional reserve
         component medical maintenance, and specialized medical
         training. (HCP)

             f. Develop individual and unit training programs that
         prepare soldiers and units to perform wartime and peacetime
         medical missions which support the Army.

             g. Need to add something about the Combat Medical
         Training Center at Camp Bullis. (COL J)
