             c. IND listed indication: Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal
         Syndrome, Lassa Fever, and Argentine Hemorrhagic Fever. The
         indication intended for use in operation Desert Shield is for the
         postexposure prophylaxis of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever, Rift
         Valley Fever, and Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome.

             d. Operation Desert Shield status: required immediately.

             e. Consequences of not using this product in operation
         Desert Shield: Medical and other support personnel exposed to
         patients with Congo Crimean Hemorrhagic Fever risk contraction of
         the disease.


             f. Informed consent status: Informed consent will be
         requested of recipients.
