         4. Atropine Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol.

             a. NDA # 20-056, sponsored by the US Army Office of the
         Surgeon General. The NDA was approved 19 September 1990.

             b. Manufacturer - 3M Riker developed the product - the
         manufacturer under Government contract remains to be determined.

             c. Indication: Anticholinergic antidote for organophosphate
         poisoning. The indication cited in the NDA is the indication
         intended for use, if necessary, in operation Desert Shield.

             d. Operation Desert Shield Status: Requirements are being
         determined.

             e. Projected Production Availability for Operation Desert
         Shield: 5 to 11 weeks after a decision to procure.
