Tab f. There are RC AMI,;DD officers potentially not deployable because
they had less than 12 weeks of basic/obc. Need to resolve this issue prior
to any deployable medical units being mobilized.

Tab g. CINCFOR has requested use of POIACUS assets to equip hospital units.

Tab h. Outlying platoons of 507th MD CO (AA) at Ft. Bliss and Hood are
having troubles returning to Ft. Sam for unit processing. Installations
are apprehensive to release them lacking parent unit deployment orders.
TPFDL is not good enough for them.

Tab i. Of 126 soldiers POR'D at Ft. Dix, 39% required IJIV testing and 55%
arrived without Pannorex.

Tab.j. Ft. McClellan is wothout a military optometrist. Feels that if
civilian staff (2 retirees) is stressed they will resign, further they are not
available for PORIPOM during non-duty hours. This issue is felt as a threat to
the mission of the training base and for deployment requirements.
