2 MISSION
As an EAC Asset, provide hospitalization for all classes of patients
within the Area of Operation (AO) to include resuscitative surgery
and medical treatment which prepare critically injured or sick
patients requiring highly specialized care for further evacuation.
3. EXECUTION
a. Concept of Operation: Annex B (operational overlay)
(1) The 350th Evacuation U.S. Army Reserve Unit ordered to Active
Federal Duty under (10 USC 6738) Permanent Orders 125-1,
effective 21 November 1990. Mobilized and conduct movement to
assigned mobilization station (MS) Fort Benjamin Harrison NLT
23 November 1990. Period: One Hundred Eighty Days (180).
(Annex C: Permanent Order).
(2) 350th Evacuation Hospital, temporary change of station
attached to ARCENT forward effective date 5 January 1991.
(Permanent orders 001-003, DTD January 1991). order amended
22 January 1991. How changed: Period: Twelve months
effective 07053OZ December 1990. (Permanent Orders 12-107).
(3) 350th Evacuation Hospital conduct movement from the MS through
POE (Wright Patterson AFS) to POD (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) to
its location in the area of operation (AO), King Khalid
Military City.
(4) As an EAC Asset the 350th Evacuation Hospital will establish
a 400 bed hospital utilizing the Deployable Medical Systems
(DEPREDS) and be prepared to provide the most definitive care
in the AO. Annex D. (Hospital operation Overlay).
b. 350th Evacuation Hospital
(1) -(-&.@.Provide Health Service Support at EAC, KKMC.
(2) -"* Be prepared on order to reinforce Corps Level Hospitals.
(3) (U) Be prepared to assume an Area Health Service Support Role.
(4) (U) Prepare a Mass Casualty Plan.
(5) (U) Be prepared to decontaminate patients at the unit level.
(6) (U) Be prepared to treat Enemy Prisoners of War (EPW).
C. Evacuation Policy
(1) -K* Utilize the Theater Evacuation Policy. - 15 days for pre-
hostilities, ? days or leas in the event of hostilities.
(2) -T--*)-Primary means of Evacuation: Air, Strategic and Tactical
Aeromedical Evacuation is provided by the 1611 Aeromedical
Evacuation Squadron (Provisional).
