                       d.     (U)    Coordinating Instructions:

                              (1)    Utilize and coordinate with Sub Area 11 (KKMC) Joint Medical
                                     Regulating Office (JHRO) for patient regulating and evacuation
                                     operations.

                              (2)    Utilize the Theater Army Medical Management Information system
                                     (TAMMIS).

                              (3)    Abide by Geneva Convention Doctrine for treatment of Enemy
                                     Prisoners of War (EPW).

                              (4)    Provide Food Service Support to HHD 803rd Medical Group.

                              (5)    Be prepared to cross level personnel on order to maximize the
                                     efficiency and quality of health care in the AO.

                              (6)    Utilize USCINCCENT Joint Contingency Instructions (JCEOI) for
                                     call sign, frequencies, signs and countersigns in KMC.
                                     Utilize authentication table provided by 803rd med Group.

                              (7)    Uniform:

                                     (a)    MOPP: Personnel will carry protective mask at all times
                                                  and secure protective clothing in a convenient
                                                  location.

                                     (b)    Duty Uniform:       BDU,   Kevlar    Helmet,   LBE   during
                                                                hostilities.

                              (8)    Insure troop safety through command emphasis and provisions
                                     for safe practices and procedures throughout all operations of
                                     the hospital. Special emphasis on safety during chemical and
                                     biological threats in addition to hostilities.

                4.     Service Support

                       a.     General:      The 350th Supply and Services Off icer is responsible for
                                            coordination with AO Supply and Service Support and over
                                            all supervision of logistic functions.

                       b.     Material and Services:

                              (1)    Supplies

                                     (a)    Class 1. Subsistence. Mess sergeant will submit ration
                                            requests to 251st S & S Company based upon unit
                                            strength, patient census, and personnel/unitB supported
                                            by 350th. Bottled water and sundry packs will be drawn
                                            on same basis. Feeding schedule:
