Turn in items to IM in the admin tent area. *********************************************************************************************************** 1. ALL GOV OPERATORS: In accordance with AFR 77-31O, Vol I, operator care is the operator responsibility. The operator must check all fluid levels, i.e., oil, water etc. daily. Ensure AFTO Form 1800, 373, etc. is signed off for all government vehicles. Rental vehicIes will be checked daily to ensure all fluid levels are at the correct levels. As of this date, three vehicles have been turned into Vehicle Maintenance with low oil or no oil at all. It is causing extreme damage to the vehicle. All VCO/VCNCOs must ensure all personnel are briefed. (POC [(b)(2)] ) 2. DEMAND FROCESSING: Demand Processing has a new phone number [b)(2)] for calling in issue requests. Please limit_the number of issue requests to 5 per call-in. {POC: [(b)(2)] 3. GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY: A reminder to those who have been deployed since the beginning; if you made your power of attorney out for a six-month period, it will soon expire. This could create some problems for your loved ones back home, especially involving financial matters. If you need to renew your power of attorney, stop by the legal office. (OPR: JA) 4. NEW HOURS FOR INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT UNIT (IEU): Effective 18 Jan 91, IEU will be open 1400-2200 everyday. These new hours are scheduled to provide service for both the day and night shifts. In addition, mobility section will continue 24hr a day operation for chem gear issue and turn-in. (POC: [(B)(2)] 5 ATTENTION ALL VCO/NCO S: If vehicles are rotated within your unit or between units it must be cleared through the Fleet Management Section at Vehicle Operations. This will enable us to have a better accounting of all vehicles (Government and Rentals) assigned here. Our fleet Management Section is in the Transportation Compound and Can be reached at [(b)(2) Direct all inquires or proposed changes of vehicle assignments to either TSgt White or SSgt Hiles. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. (OPR: [(b)(2)] 6. ALARM CONDITION FLAGS: Transportation Squadron has alarm condition flags: red, black, and yellow. One set of flags is required for each vehicle. Please stop by the Fleet Management Office in the Transportation Ccmpound to pick up your flags. (OPR: LGT) ! 1
