	f. Interim WOC: DOX advised the French ADA have relocated. This will free some 
space in both the interim and wartime facility. AO advised that four 3 digit phones are 
installed and operational in the interim SRC. A skeleton concept of operations i8 being 
drafted. OPEN, OPR: AO, ECD: 27 Nov.

	g. Other Comments: SG raised several concerns regarding base emergency response 
procedures. SE advised that several agencies were working on procedures to include 
integration with the HN. CSG advised this be added to the next ABO Working Group for 
resolution and briefing to the DCS on 27 Nov. Open, OPR: SE/AD, ECD: 27 Nov.

5. The next Steering Group Meeting is scheduled for Tues 27 Nov, 1000
Conference Room.
