Q: You are also in charge of the Base Recovery Center [BRC]?

P: That's correct. On 4 December, [(b)(1)sec 3.4(b)(6)]






Q: What agencies make up the Base Recovery Center?

P: I hope I can remember. Let's see; they are made up by the
repair; utilities, which are facilities, water
lines, electrical lines, that kind of thing; EOD "explosive
ordnance disposal]; communications; fire department;
medical; DW or chemical; and security.

Q: Are the other two countries represented as well?

P. [(b)(1)sec 3.4(b)(6)]
We have people who are trained to fill in there for most
positions from all three countries, [(b)(1)sec 3.4(b)(6)]
except for Triple R [RRR: rapid runway repair]
and EOD, they are Americans.

Q: On the 11th you had a Base Recovery Center exercise. Could
you tell me about that?	-
