P: That was one week after we had been tasked to do this. 
First of all, I had meetings with each one of the functional 
areas during that week, and then we set up a CPX [command 
post exercise] on the 11th that didn't involve anybody but 
internal procedures. - 
 
Q: Can you tell me some of the results of that? 
 
P: As you would expect in a new organization, we found some 
things we needed to work on; we found some things that 
worked better. We found a particular need for 
communications. We made a lot of improvements over our
